i just started water polo out of my school, and i want to build up my endurance outside of water polo. what are some smart, quick activities i can do that aren't too hard, that don't take that long, or put too much strain on my body. i'm very sore. lol

Endurance is built through prolonged activity coupled with short bursts of energy (think sprints). The best thing you can do is swim and tread water outside of practice to bulid up your endurance. It takes time to create stamina but if you practice and workout daily it will come. In addition to your polo practices you can run or swim medium-paced long distances to build cardio endurance and incorporate short sprints into those sets of prolonged, easier activity. Your coach probably has a plan to build you up via practices, maybe ask him or her for some suggestions.

Good luck!
