I used to get Cluster Headaches.
They're similar to migraines but a bit worse.
They come on without warning, for me it was usually in the middle of the night. I'd wake up and it would feel like my head was in a vise.
eventually yes, I'd get sick and throw up.
Those headaches were much more severe than migraines, but wouldn't last as long, usually in a few hours.
Eventually I started using my late fathers oxygen machine when I got them, that worked in about 15 minutes and I could go back to sleep.
I know how you feel, and wish I could do something to help.
good luck.

Yes I was involved in a crush in a crowd. My feet were off the floor and I couldn't lift my arms. I had tunnel vision and couldn't inhale. Just as I was about to lose consciousness a fence gave way and eased the pressure and I could breathe again. I'm still surprised at how calm I was and had already accepted that I may well die. Completely different story afterwards though, and a young lad did die after another wall collapsed later on.

♥ I was diagnosed about 4 years ago with Chronic Daily Migraines... I'd had them for about 5 years before that.
♥ I know how you feel... its horrible!
♥ I suggest taking some medicine (something like Ibprofine or something), lay down in a dark room with a cool cloth over your forehead and eyes.
Good Luck!

that would be called a migrane. i had one of those once when i was little. now i usually catch it before it gets really bad. there are many different ways you can get rid of a headache. try a cold cloth on your forehead, drink a caffinated beverage, take excederin, drink lots of water, get out of the sun and i also read a yahoo answer once that said you should run your hands under warm water to open the blood vessels and that might make your headache go away. good luck with your headache.

It's called a migraine. I never actually threw up but I was extremely nauseated.
