I'd turn the tables on him! I'd dive below the surface and disappear for a few seconds. Then, when he's good and worried, I'd start yanking on his feet and legs like I was the shark pulling him down to eat him. Now who's scared?!

If I was you I would show them a stary night tat to get them checking you out and lowering their head...then spin to your left and deck the living heck out of them. Unless you are a lefty then I would suggest spinning to your right.
