I have a cute little monkey and I want to train him to ride my goats. Any ideas on either where to get a saddle or have one made? I googled goat saddle. Nothing came up that was of any use.

If your monkey is truly going to be comfortable riding your goat, it is wise to have the monkey make his own saddle.

I read the Swisse Family Robinson, too. Mr. Knipps rode the goats, the dogs, everyone's shoulders etc.

You may be able to make one from a goat pack saddle - or at least get some good ideas.

But as cute as that seems, goats were not made for riding, nor were monkeys made to be jockeys.

Unless you are a professional clown, I'd file that idea in the "don't go there" file.

just put a western pony blanket on and tie it up. he doesn't need a saddle... by the way,
1. Why do you have a monkey?
2. Why do you want to train it to ride your goat?

If you are serious, I would do a search on whiplash, the monkey that rode the border collie. Whiplash did pass away however and it wasn't some tragic bronc ride LOL

I have never heard of such a thing. You are probably going to have to have one costume made. Good luck
