Did you mean 'prices', as in determining how much they cost?
Or 'prizes', awards for her writing?
There's a big difference in spelling and their meanings.
If she wants to win 'prizes', she needs to submit her work regularly to contests that offer prizes. Writer's magazines have regular contests for new authors. Have her do a web search for "writing contest" and a whole bunch of contests web pages will come up.
As for pricing her work, have her show it to someone who can edit and review her work, and learn how to self-publish on the web.
Good luck.

Find genre contests for her books and enter them. This may help her get more media attention and published if she isn't already.
