A liberal dabbing of Vick's vapor rub,should do the trick. The intake of Mentholated oils should open spasmed bronchial tubes,increasing overall oxygen intake,therefore suppling the affected area mentioned with increased blood flow....Also,have some morphine on hand...it could sting, just a pinch.
