How did you tell your husband you were pregnant??

My wife left the EPT test stick on the sink for me to find. It was unplanned and unexpected (and for the most part actively avoided), but it turned out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me/us.

There is a funny scene in a Keven Bacon movie where he finds out his wife is pregnant. The scene immediately flashes to a shot of him strapped to a rocket sled on a very short track with a brick wall at the end....

I text him that I was pregnant while he was at work. He didn't have a good day that day, lol, he's a cook so he kept messing up orders.
The first time i was pregnant, we were away from each other and he was on the phone with me when i took the test. So i screamed that I was pregnant.
I had a miscarriage the first time....but this one is progressing great!

I am pregnant with our 4th child and with the first one I was so terrified that he would be upset. So one day I just blurted out I think Im pregnant He of course was very Happy and then after that it is almost like he knows before I do cause he has guessed before I could tell him

My husband was with me when I bought the pregnancy test. Then when we got home I went upstairs to test, and came downstairs while he was making dinner carrying it and showed it to him. Apparently he didn't know how to read and he was like so?
I was like I'm pregnant and he picked me up and spun me around, he was happy and his family is even more happier that it's going to be the first girl in the family for a long long time.

We were walking the hallways with my best friend who was in labor when she asked us when we planned on having another one. He said, "I think in about 9 mths". I said, "noooo, I dont think so." Sure enough, two days later I took a test and I was pregnant. I cried!!! I just had a baby a year prior and I had a 3 year old. 6 more weeks to go before my scheduled csection. I cant wait!!!

I always thought I would think of some really cute and clever way to let him know, but when it acutally happened..haha.

I really didn't think I was pregnant because I was trying to lose weight before we started really trying to conceive. I realized I was 3 days late so I took a test thinking I would start my period hours after taking it (as it happened every other time).

When I looked at it and saw it was "pregnant", I was so shocked I took it to him to show him and ended up accidentally throwing it at him...I was overcome with emotion especially because I thought it would be sooo hard for me to get pregnant.

If you know he'll be excited then have an early ultrasound (they usually do that at your first or second appointment) and show him the picture in a card or present :D Just telling him is boring, or you can also give him an article of baby clothing with a "Daddy" saying on it, best wishes and congradulations.

After an unplanned pregnancy brought on by my not taking birth control, and not telling him about that, I took three pregnancy test to make sure then told him while we were sitting on our bed. I just said "Honey, I'm pregnant." He said "How do you know that?" and I said "I took three pregnancy test and they all came out positive." He freaked out but what could he do, so I cried and he held me and told me that it was going to be okay. Our son is fifteen months old now and we couldn't be happier.

When he got home from work I showed him the positive pregnancy test and told him I wanted to take another one because I wasnt sure it was right, since I waited at least 10 minutes before being able to look at it. So we pretty much found out together!
