first of all, if you think you're man enough to have sex, then you're man enough to take care of a kid, that was the choice you made and the consequence you'll have to face.
At 14, a girl's body is still changing. She might be late with her period but that doesn't necessarily mean pregnancy, its just the hormones changing in her body. She needs to take a pregnancy test to be sure, and if she's not, which I would hope not because it sounds like you two are not ready for anything, then you need to stop having sex or start using protection. Tell her to get on birth control, because more than likely she will keep having unprotected sex.

first it is 'pregnant' not 'pregnate', second i'm sorry but it doesn't sound as though you are 'just starting to be a man'. Sounds to me like you have a while yet.

Right, well if she misses her period then get her a hpt. Was it unprotected? Probably. In that case, get checked out at a local clinic for any stds if you can. You have to tell both your parents. I would advise you to tell them at the same time actually, so that you can be together when you tell them and they find out at the same time (to avoid her parents calling up yours b4 you have told them and stuff).

gd luck. and use protection plz.

The first thing you do is make sure she is in fact pregnant.

If so, she will need to decide to abort, give for adoption or keep. You will need to support her. You can tell her what you prefer, but do not try to force her into anything. This is HER body.

There is no easy way....you just need to tell. Do not write a not, do not leave a voice mail, do not send an email. You are trying to be mature remember? You sit down and you talk about it. And you should be just as concerned about telling your own parents.

Oh and no more sex until you are actually ready for the responsibilities that come with it. No birth control is 100%.

Honestly, if you're not ready for a child then why are you having sex?
Also, I wouldn't tell either of your guys' parents until it's for sure. Then, i would just write a note and leave the house. No just kidding, but I probably make them sit down((your parents and hers at the same time)) and you both tell them. Be prepared to probably get yelled at.

i know how you feel. i am only 15 and i have gone through this.
first thing, just stay calm.
have your girl take a pregnancy test. it is the only way you will know for sure. or if you cant get a home pregnancy test she can go to planned parenthood and get a free test with no questions asked. she can go there and they are not allowed to tell her parents unless it is life threatening or she wants them too.
if she is pregnant they will give her a few different options.
please dont let her get an abortion.
abortion is murder.
why kill an innocent baby that can make another couple so happy. give it a chance at life. go for adoption if you cant care for it.
just stay calm. if she is pregnant, talk to an adult that you both trust, and ask them to help you break the news to your parents. it might help your parents understand alittle better.
good luck and please keep us posted.

I am sorry to tell you this but it doesn't matter if you are ready to be a father. You have to learn to take the responsibility for your actions. You have to make sure if she really is pregnant. If she isn't I hope this teaches you the consequences of having sex at your age and if she is then you have to step up and take resposibility to help raise the child. I hope everything works out for you and your girlfriend.

I can;t help you with that btu I will tell you if she is NOT pregnant and you don;t want to go through this again.....stop havign sex. No matter what you may think abotu any method of conception NONE of them are foolproof except for abstinance. You are entirely correct in the fact that at 14 you are just STARTING to become a man-leave sex for when you get there.

Just take a pregnancy just to make sure if she is or not. First off learn how to spell "pregnant" (im not trying to be sarcastic sorry) then write your parents a letter. Sometimes letters are easier and help a lot when you dont know how to tell them. good luck!
