I know how you feel. I took one the first day I was late. Then yesterday a week later. I think I got my period. But I think it might be implantation bleeding because of little bit of blood. But I dunno. Isn't that confusing? You think you might be then it doesn't show up? Anyways my advice is to wait it out then test again or get blood test. I had my period a week late before getting pregnant with my son. So anything is possible.

There are many things that can cause your period to be late, pregnancy just happens to be the most common. You can always wait a few more days and retake the test using your first morning urine (which is more concentrated). You can also go to a clinic or see your doctor and they can do a blood test which is much more reliable.
If you still get a negative result, your doctor can do other tests to determine why your period is late. Best of luck to you.

I didn't get a positive test until about 1 and 1/2 weeks after my missed period. Also being stressed can cause your period to be late.

your obviously stressed if your worried about your period being only 4 days late. If the tests are coming out negative then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. give your body a week and if you don' get your period call your doctor.

Well your not stressed most likely because you're not pregnant (according to the tests) People wish they were like you, very calm and not concerned, most people freak out (which theres no prob with because people are different) but be happy you have a stress free mind state, I suggest waiting a week then testing again otherwise maybe your periods are irregular and it'll arrive soon, best wishes.

Maybe you should wait until you're a week late and then try again. Most tests nowadays work on the day of your missed period but maybe you don't have enough hormones yet. Be patient and try again in a few days. I hope it has the result that you are wanting x

If you buy the Clear Blue Easy tests (or any other brand, for that matter) that say on them, EARLY TESTING - 5 days before your missed period, it should tell you more accurately whether or not you are pregnant. Mine didn't pick up until almost two weeks after my missed period, though, so try to hang in there.

wait and test again in 2-3wks the hormone may not be strong enough to detect....
and maybe your not stressed b/c ur TTC? or ur not and glad u got negative 2 times?
either way save money and go get a blood test b/c if u buy more test and get a positive ur STILL gonna have to do a blood test at your ob/gyn for confirming the pregnancy.

It could be too early or there could be another reason, apart from stress that has delayed your period. It does happen sometimes. some women dont get positive tests till weks into their pregnancies so wait a few more days and test again x

You could be pregnant, just to early to tell. HPT test for the hormone HcG, your body produces it when you are pregnant. But women produce it at diffrent rates.
Here is what I did, I test once a week til I got a positive of my period. It took almost 2 1.2 weeks to get the positive.
