Well, since pluto is no longer a planet, and is instead a dwarf planet, the answer is no. Eris is the next DWARF planet after Pluto.

And yes, it does have a satellite: Dysnomia

Eris does appear to have a moon, now named Dysnomia.

not sure of it having a natural satellite BUT even pluto is discarded from being a planet.
