And if I were George W. Bush and the FISA law said I couldn't take domestic flights without prior court approval, would the New York Times and the Boston Globe start calling my flight from Logan to Heathrow a domestic flight?

So, by that explanation, a domestic phonecall or e-mail is between two places in the same country, while an international phone call or e-mail is between two people in different countries.....

And that means that if the NSA is monitoring phone calls or e-mails between two people in different countries that is NOT DOMESTIC SPYING!!!!!!!

A domestic flight is one where you are travelling from one place to another within the same COUNTRY. An interntional flight is where you fly from one country to another!
