My niece who is cute as hell is a cheerleader, but her uniform kinda looks too revealing. What do you think? Should I say something?

Yes. Encourage your niece to pursue a pasttime that contributes to society and does not advertise free sex. She will thank you for it some day.

If she is an All Star Cheerleader (Competitive Cheerleader) and her uniform goes half way of her stomach or below her breast and her skirt is a little bit short than that's totally fine because when you compete the coaches want you to be comfortable and be able to do stunts and what not because the routine is only 2 minutes and 30 seconds long and they work really fast to do so much stuff so it's really easy to break a sweat so they coaches or whoever designed the uniforms are thinking comfort and a way to keep you cool and not too hot. But if she is a football cheerleader it's like the same thing because they stand out there in the hot sun doing jumps and what not and it becomes really hot and it's all about being cool and being comfortable. But if you are really concerned maybe you should talk to your niece's mom and tell her what you think and maybe she will talk to the coach or you can talk to the coach about this issue.

You should probably rethink your influence on her as your name seems a bit risque...maybe someone else should do this kind of talking with her...and they are revealing but with the techniques used in cheering nowadays, the fewer clothes, the less interference. Teach her what she needs to know to present herself as a lady as she probably can not do too much about the uniform.

They all wear them. So if you want to cheerlead you wear them. Say nothing.Not for you to say. That is what it is a uniform look it up in the dictionary.

I guess it depends on how old your neice is...but yes tell her. I think they reveal too much on women now a days....how about revealing men....I would like to see men in more revealing outfits.

I too am sick of society sexing up girls and women.....you should see what they have middle school girls wearing in volleyball. I was happy my niece didn't make the team. She said it's usually just boys in the stands watching. Let's see....Men can play volleyball, tennis and ice skating in shorts and pant-like things (skating) why not women?

No I'm a cheerleader and you don't want too much stuff. but we see people at competions who have basicly nothing on. there's a differnces between sexy and sluty our uniforms are like bra tops they show our stomach and we have skirts with them. It's better not to have alot of stuff. I'm a flyer so it's best not to have alot of clothing on.

Definitely. allot of the girl's that i see doing cheer leading look like slut's and that's not what cheerleading's about .

Yes. Seem like it's getting a little worse every couple years. Show her, don't tell her. If it's a big concern bring it up with the couch, principal, PTA...
