Will is a public record. go to the clerks office and get a copy. Final settlement is as well; and you have the same right to get a copy of it and go back to probate court if you feel something illegal is going on.

well a will is usally public record. but a trust is not. my husband i just set up our trust for our kids, and we stated that if they ever try to ask for more or hire an attorney to investigate it in anyway, they will not receive a penny.

we did that so that they will not be fighting each other for the money after we are gone.
