Or the one in Florida who had a drug addiction? Was it Jeb's daughter?

Sure. Both sides are hypocrites. Its not that they approve, just that they are going to sieze an opportunity to slam an opponent. Half the liberals who made fun of George's daughters were probably weed smokers.

It was Jeb's daughter in Florida. The Bush twins have obviously turned there lives around based on the work they are doing now doing. Barbara the oldest is working for the Smithsonian Museum after working with Aids patients in Africa. Jenna the youngest is teaching at UNICEF schools in Latin America. They both did try their youthful wildness by trying to buy alchol underage but they were not driving when this occurred. But it seems like Mr. Al Gore III is a constant drug abuser and now risked others lives by driving at 100 miles and hour on the San Diego Freeway. Real concern for his fellow human beings since daddy sure has enough money to pay for a chauffeur.

Anyone who breaks the law should not be given special treatment. But it's just like you "righty's" to try and find something to get GWB out of the news. Al Gore III should go to jail. Nuff said.

CNN International is sooo obvious with their left leaning. When they covered the story it includes 1 minute on Gore and 5 minutes on Bush and Reagan kids problems. Sorry, I live out of country and can't get any unbiased news. It is depressing.

I haven't heard of anyone asking the government to go easy on Gore's kid. Most of what I've heard has boiled down to "Well, that's an embarrassment".

Where are you hearing people asking for the law to go easy on Gore's son?

Probably, but tha's a double edged sword on both sides when playing politics. All politicians trot out their families for photo ops when it is to their advantage, but when one of them screws up, they cry foul and personal shot when it gets extensive coverage.

When do you ever hear anyone crapping on the Bush twins? I lived in Florida when Jeb's daughter got in trouble - it wasn't viscous.

So Al Gore III got caught with marijuana. Big Deal. Marijuana is everywhere and law enforcement has continued to not even put a dent in the supply. Shouldn't we be using those resources to catch terrorists?

I think that the children of politicians (Rep or Dem) should not even be part of any political discussion. What a waste of time.
