I have a three season room attached to my garage and need a new roof. What is the best thing to use? Metal Roofing, Plastic roofing, etc. There is not much slope, it is almost flat.

I have like a clear plastic roof on there now. I don't care how much light comes in from top.

Whatever works best. What is there now?? If you want to go over shingles instead of removing them use metal. They actually sell that at Lowe's. Plastic cracks over time and heat.

Rubber membrane for flat roof is considered the best. Metal roofing generally calls for at least a 2 1/2 / 12 pitch.

I would use rubber on a flat roof. I am partial to EPDM roofing as I had a job done with it and was quite satisfied.
