You Malaysians are damn ignorant of Astro's pros when its cons get on the nerves. These are my opinions;
- Rain
I believe in technology and so does my dad. I know Astro's doing the best to minimize the disruption of the transmission when it rains. Business's business, though, as I don't know whether Astro takes advantage of the new technology or not. We'll see.........
- Cost
Astro's already justified the reason to increase the subscription fees but if you guys are damn poor, the last resort is to subscribe to the Family package only as it costs you about RM 37.95. Let me tell you about the Singaporean cable operator, Starhub. Believe it or not, Singaporeans pay more to subscribe to Starhub than we do to Astro if you refer to the currency exchange. Please be sure to subscribe to what you wanna watch so if you can't, don't subscribe to too many packages or everything.
Well, if you guys beg to differ, then feel free to consider it a bad answer.

-Don't wanna watch some channels but forced to take and pay more because they're in packages.
-More and more expensive.
-Many low quality programmes.
-Can't take only Discovery Channel, National Geographic, MTV & Channel [V]
-Can't watch the shows on internet, because I'm living in hostel, no Astro is allowed. If can pay and watch the programmes online, I'll surely subscribe to it.
But still, can't live without Astro because you can't find many of the programmes on other companies!!

Dear Bear: What are you talking about? The only "Astro" I know is a cartoon character called Astro Boy, who was probably in the 1970s or 1980s.
And I'm not allowed to eat gummy bears, which are made with sugar.
