I am a Libertarian not voting for him. I actually do not like any of the candidates on either side except for Biden. I am voting for Biden because of his plan for Iraq, Iran, Darfur, and Afghanistan.

I have no idea where the person who said homeless people can not vote came from but they can there are policies that all Americans can vote and this country does not deny you a vote just because at some time you are homeless.

Ahh - FaFa - once again you bring to question whether or not you are libertarian. By reading question and answer similar to this people will come to the conclusion that you are NOT a libertarian although you say you are.

As I suggested in an earlier response - you might want to re-evaluate where you stand just so you know for sure - as a libertarian you are TRUE to your principles - there is no middle ground - it is the ONLY party of priniciple that exist in todays political system - and its across the board

As for libertarians who are homeless - I havent met any of them - all the libertarians I have met are fairly well educated - thus they know enough to keep themselves ot of the homeless situations - thats not to say they dont exist - just that I havent met one yet

Most of the homeless I did meet are homeless by choice and desire to sponge off of society rather then being a contributor - this doesnt match with the libertarian philosophy so if there are any homeless libertarians they are far and few between

As for voting - why would they not be able to vote - all they need is an address to recieve their card in the mail - i presume if they have a PO box number this is possible

Now - as for your saying you like Biden's plans - how libertarian are they? Ron would prefer to bring the troops home now, does Biden want the same thing? Ron would prefer we DO NOT initiate the force - does Biden say the same thing? If not, Biden is not providing a libertarian solution - are you sure you are libertarian?

I never really looked at Joe Biden. Seems not as bad as Hillary or Obama. After doing some research, I find references all over the place to:

"How I Learned to Love the New World Order"
Article by Sen. Joseph R. Biden, Jr. in The Wall Street Journal (April 1992)

Does anyone have a link to the text, I would like to read it. I don't understand the homeless angle.

I study a piece of writing a month or 2 in the past the place the chief of the Libertarian occasion reported they're endorsing Ron Paul for president if he gets the Republican nomination (which skill they gained't run all of us in the final election). i think of they're hoping he will advise their candidate if he fails in his bid. If the Libertarians can get 4.5% of the favored vote in the final election it may open a clean wing in American Politics. we'd have a third occasion that is elegible for matching earnings federal elections, and the debates could contain 3 events. Ron Paul , for his section, has reported that he will invite third occasion applicants into the presidential debates if he wins the nomination. this could be great for the human beings

The question is; Who's responsible for taking care of people that have developed such a low self esteem that they somehow cannot take care of themselves?

1. The taxpayers?

2. The families of the homeless?

3. Deport them to Mexico?

4. Give companies a tax break by offering re-training to homeless?

5. Treat alcoholism/addiction as a disease?

My vote is for #2. Call me old fashioned but families are responsible for family members. It's funny but when a person dies with a small estate long lost family members appear out of no where.
