My husband and I had sex last night and we used a condom. He came inside of me while he still had the condom on. He was inside of me for almost a minute and he had lost his erection. When he was about to get up he said "Hold up, it's about to come out" (the sperm) and he quickly got up. I'm really hoping and praying that no sperm came out of the top. I'm trusting that he got up before it leaked out the top. I believe he did and I don't think that I'm pregnant but there's always that "what if". I have 3 year old twins already and I'm really not ready for another child. But anyways, could the sperm have leaked before he realized?

Well the truth is that the sperm could have leaked out but don't freak out just yet. You have to take into account what part of your cycle are you in and could you have ovulated recently. I doubt that you be pregnant and right now there is just no way of knowing. If you don't have any beliefs against the morning after pill you could take it and it would prevent pregnancy from occuring since it has been less than 72 hours.

There's always pre***, which can get you pregnant, condoms are about 97% effective so even if sperm came out there's only a 3% chance it left the condom, I wouldn't really worry at all, all you really can do is see if you miss a period, best wishes to you and your hubby.

It's ALWAYS possible. I agree with pp-- plan B. If you're really this against pregnancy, you may want to try another form of birth control, as condoms aren't 100% effective and you're probably pretty fertile since you had twins. Good luck.
