Steriods make you eat more than you would normally. So you would gain weight and then your breasts will grow along with the rest of your body. It will also give you unwanted hair in places that dont look good on women.

Maybe. I know for a fact that steroids make your body retain fluids, and also in turn it may increase breast tissue mass simply because of the retained fluids.

The breasts are composed of fatty tissue and steroids do not increase the amout of fatty tissue you get. Does this explain it clear enough for you to tell him? Steroids increase muscles mass not fatty tissue.

steroid therapy can cause water retention, so it can temporarily increase breast size, as water retention can settle in the breast tissue. It is not permanent.

No it will not. It will make women stop having their perids, grow facial hair and body hair. I have heard of it making breasts get smaller.
