I have a chrome exhaust on my dirtbike. I was riding with basketball shorts and they burned onto my exhaust pipe. How can I clean or get it off since it seems like its burned on pretty good?

Commercial paint remover will do it.
Serves you right for riding in shorts.

first, try some ice cubes to freeze it and then peel it off.
if that fails i would try some oven cleaner. just follow the directions and keep it off of any nearby plastic

Get some chrome polish, and a rag - and start polishing.

maybe you could just paint over it the same color or paint it a diffrent color
