Yea Geoirgie Porgie I think that is wishful thinking. The Indians should win at least one game. I stress the word should.

Well, I'm a big Tribe fan but I think this might be a long weekend.

Halladay wins game one 5 to 3 over Lee. Lee gets in trouble early and Halladay has time to get settled in.

Marcum does not get the decision but the Blue Jays win game two 4 to 3. The Jays are able to take advantage of the turf against a groundball pitcher like Carmona.

Game three goes to Cleveland 8 to 3. Byrd gives up hits but no walks and the Tribe plasters Towers' fastball.

Our boys need to be ready after the break though. A Buddy Bell coached Royals team always gives us trouble.

Game 1 - Tribe wins 4-3

Cliff has definitely been turining it around. I watched him pitch vs. the Rays this past Sunday. He can really controlt he ball.

Game 2 - Tribe loses 2-1

Fautso has some big potential. Hes beaten Santana twice this year. But, however much I'd like a sweep, I don't see it happening against such Marcum.

Game 3 - Tribe wins 8-4

Paul Byrd is great. He simply dosen't walk guys. A huge plus.

If the starters can go deep into the games, the Tribe has a chance at a sweep. They will definitely win the first game. They are coming off a pounding and realize they need to step it up. The sweep is leaning on how well Fausto does.

Hopefully, the Tribe will extend their lead in the Central when the Tigers get OWNED by the Sox.

Game 1:

Toronto 5, Cleveland 3

Game 2:

Cleveland 3, Toronto 1

Game 3:

Cleveland 5, Toronto 4

Sizemore is going to lead off Game 2 with a home run. Halladay is going to return to his form in game one and give the Indians a tough game, so I gotta go with the Jays winning that one. Marcum is good, but you can't trust him...so I think Game 2 will be low scoring, but the tribe will come out on top. Game 3 is a good pitching matchup, but Byrd is more consistent. Towers could be the worst pitcher over the last 3 years, ha ha.

I'd love to see my Jays take 2 of 3 with Halladay and Marcum going, but my guess is that they split the first two games. In the third, the Tribe should light up Josh Towers - don't be surprised to see 2-3 Indians homers in that game.

I don't see either team sweeping, but I'd give the 2-1 advantage to Cleveland. I love my Jays, but they don't have the horses to compete with the Tribe.

Game 1:

Roy halliday and Cliff Lee pitch it out and the Jays get a small advantage go a long way to win 1-0

Game2:

Shaun Marcum and Fausto Carmona both pitch excellent, but they both give up a couple of runs. THis one goes to extras. in the 11th, JJ Borowski gives up a run to allow the jays to win Score 4-3

Game 3: THis one is a slug fest. BOth pitchers out by 4th inning, and things settle down after the bullpen comes in, but the indians get this one at a score of 10-8.

Great Question.......huge tribe fan......in central ohio

Game 1
Got to go with Halladay. He is to good and we are coming off a bad loss and traveling, although not traveling to far. Wedgie cant have Fransico and Gutierrez in the lineup against Hallday cause they have never seen him, so look for Michaels and Nixon to play tonight, which means we will probably lose

Jays 5 Tribe 2

Game 2
Good matchup of great young arms. I like Fausto to be lights out in this one though. And we are able to get Gutierrez and Fransico in the lineup.

Jays 1 Tribe 7

Game 3
Byrd has been a little rocky in his last couple starts. Look for him to rebound with a nice start. Towers could be reall good though against our lefties, but Blake will win this one for us with a big hit late in the game and we will retain 1st place heading into the break......I hope anyway !!

Jays 4 Tribe 5
