To pick on others. Weather it be someone that studders or someone that is deaf or whatnot. No matter where these people go, there's always someone wanting to pick on them. Must make 'em feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Generally, people who pick on others feel not warm and fuzzy inside, but to the contrary, small and inferior. They feel that by picking on others and pointing out perceived faults and/or weaknesses, it thereby builds them up. I think almost all people are guilty of this at one time or another, usually as a child. I feel that parents are sometimes guilty of modeling this behavior without being aware of it, usually through petty gossip. My ex has a problem with this, so I do what I can when I can to show my kids a different side of life.

its called little man syndrome it makes them feel big I guess some people do it because they don't understand or they don't know what it feels like to be in a certain hardship situation put them in that situation and they would be quick to change their actions

it's all about me; in human society alot of people don't feel good about themselves so they seek out others to put down, thus making themself look big in their life's mirror.
