Your tires rotate whenever you drive the car. (Sorry - couldn't resist).

Usually ever 5-6 thousand miles.

Every 6000 to 7500 miles. Several tire outlets do this for free if you purchased the tires from them.

every-other oil change is a good rule of thumb, 6000 to 8000 miles.
