YES, unless you want babies! Holland lops are a small breed and become sexually mature as early as 4-5 months. (the smaller the rabbit, the earlier they mature. i've bred a 4 month old buck to an older doe and got babies). Go to this website to see how to sex them. http://www.islandgems.net/sexing.html
Those rabbits shouldn't be in the same cage anymore. Baby bunnies need to be separated by 3 months old.
oh yeah, and holland lops can have up to 12 babies, so i would separate them fast if i were you!

Ask the person you got them to sex them(tell weather they are a buck or doe(boy or girl)) If they are fom the same litter, and mate, you are going to end up with deformed babies. At 4 months, they ARE sexually mature. You need to separate them, or spay/nueter them. If they turn out to be 2 boys, or 2 girls, humping is a dominance thing. If your neighbor doesn't know how to sex a rabbit at 4 months, I hope you didn't buy them for more than $1. And he/she should not be allowed to keep rabbits.

No, they're "teenagers." Just practicing. They do breed early and multiply fast.
