Two Bush appointees just threw out lawsuits challenging The Administration's OBVIOUS and DELIBERATE violation of the Foreign Surveillence Act....paving the way to legalize, without check or balance, the warantless surveillence of American Citizens. Your thoughts?

Easy enough to remedy. We "As the people, by the people and for the people", need to start investing in our own spying devises and spy on those who spy on us.

I think the Supreme Court justices would be the big losers in that battle.

One needs to be careful about wielding a knife to use on others. It just might be taken and used on them.

*NOTE*: Whoever thumbed me down has just proven my point. They like to dish it out, but they can't take the same.

They were not obvious and deliberate then. The checks and balance system works. It worked here.

As long as he gets the muslim butchers, I DO NOT CARE what they do. IF he taps every phone, reads every email, opens every letter, and puts spy's in your neighborhood. As long as he stops the murders in this country, I DO NOT CARE why inconvenient you become.
