i think health care is the least appreciated and needed most especially hands on care like myself. i am considered an stna but all of health care is not appreciated but definitely needed most w/ people living longer and surviving after accidents and such proper hands on care is very important being an stna has been given a bad name for abuse and basically ''anyone'' can do it but it is deeper than that. dedication, and truly be caring for the other person make them feel important not just another mojo. a lot of time is spent w/ that person not just a visit you spend hours w/ them and most times on a daily schedule. burn out rate is high but quality is still very important. in facilities it quantity and you have to try to squeeze in quality for that person. not an easy task.

Police Officers and Teachers: both are over worked and under paid. Both are heroes in our communities. (At least the ones who are genuinely working for the betterment of our children/schools and citizens/communities).
