The way you describe it, it was mutual attraction, along with some innocent flirting. Well, my big question is: are you sure? You mentioned that no words were spoken; what makes you so sure that she shared an attraction, and that it wasn't merely wishful thinking on your part? <>

In any case, no. Why tell your brother, or anyone else for that matter? If it's all been between you and your sister-in-law, then there's no need to speak of it, presumably for the rest of your lives. Maybe someday, when you, your brother and your sister-in-law are old and gray, you might look back on it and share a laugh.

As long as you wait 60 or 70 years, it should be okay.

I wouldn't tell...it's not wrong to have a physical attraction to someone, anyone, despite being married or having that atrraction to someone who is married. If nothing happened there is no reason to tell. Your brother will just feel hurt and will constantly be suspicious of you and his wife, he may also not believe that nothing happened.

Nothing would make me ever mention it aloud.

Nothing would make me tell him. Because there was nothing there cause if there was then you both would have acted on it..And even though you had those feelings doesn't mean that she had the same feelings(not trying to be mean just sayin)

People think they are doing good by clearing their conscience. But what they are really doing is very selfish. Sure they've cleared they're conscience, but now they've hurt and angered someone else. Who could of gone the rest of their lives, in bliss, never knowing. Now they've got to deal with all the emotion and worry that comes with learning someone elses dirty little secret.

I say don't say anything. It just leads to future problems and wondering if there's still the attraction. It couls also be brought up every time you have a little argument. Keep it your secret!

Guilt obviously, but I wouldn't tell...it's normal for people who spend a lot of time together to develop an attraction--just as long as they don't act on it.

It seems like you're inferring that it already happened.
I guess guilt, thats all I could think of.

Telling him wouldn't accomplish anything. You'd be better off keeping your mouth shut, especially since nothing happened.
