How can you ask any question about "all" men or women? You can get an answer about a few or some people and whether they talk and work less or more than other people, but you won't be able to find out an answer that applies to all men or women. Why don't you find a study related to this and we'll discuss the possibilities, since you're not going to be able to find a definitive answer for all men and women, we're too diverse.

You're just going to end up with answers that are gender stereotypes, personal opinions, and jokes, unless someone takes the time try to find a study, which would be difficult to find since what would be considered "work" talk vs "non-work" talk; and what would some people consider "work" tasks vs "non-work" tasks.

While I am a stay at home grandmother now, I spent many years in the working field and have been everything from a waitress to a manager in a large corporation.

It has been my experience that women tend to talk more. But they are also much better at multi tasking. I could always answer one person's question while looking up something else on the computer and tending to a customer all at the same time. Men tend to not be as good at multi tasking, if you ask me.

Men interrupt more - watch, in any meetings, any mixed discussions it's the male voice 80% of the time. They silence women and talk over the top of them, and when they meet one they can't silence, they want to kill her. In marriage that's the moment the fists come out.

I work and talk more. i cant point out who does more. i am a manager and I have three children and also attend school. I know in school I dont say as much unless its about politics and childrens law.

I am no one to judge anyone else. but i work with alot of single mothers who are doing the same as me so theres a 25 percentile here in NJ.
