in accordance to a recent poll38% of Democrats aka Liberals have self belief Bush knew approximately 9/11 earlier it occurred and 28% have self belief he became promptly to blame. So it is relatively achieveable there are a set of them who have self belief President Bush can administration the climate. What they forget whilst it includes the Katrina incident is a Democrat controlled Congress handed a bill that would have funded flood gates on Lake Ponchatrian which LBJ signed. It became a multi-billion greenback venture that would have punched an excellent type of money into Lousiana's economy. Then a set of liberal environmentalist who have been in touch approximately some mussles breeding floor killed the full element. i would not say there have been insane. yet i might say they have been stupid to place mussles in simple terms before the city snd human beings of latest Orleans.

how about the fact that Bush sent two (2) trains capable of carrying thousands of people to New Orleans before Katrina hit but how many people decided to leave ? not many is that his fault ? NO

how about the mayor ray nagin (nut case)
he had ample warning that katrina was going to land near his city . . . did he use the thousands of buses to evacuate the people ? NO

it was on the news & not just fox that a severe hurrican was going to cause alot of damage in the next few days . . .
how many people left or boarded up there houses ? not many

& the govenor blanko . . .
why did she not declare an emergency
& why did she not call in the national guard

I still fail to see how any of this is the fault of the federal goverment or Bush

No liberal ever said that Bush created, or was responsible for Hurricane Katrina. We just hold Bush accountable for the way he handled the hurricane. We understand that natural disasters happen and it's no one's fault, but that's no excuse for slow government intervention.

I don't know, but he must have had an off summer last year. Considering the prediction that there were going to record numbers of hurricanes due to global warming, or the updated definition, climate change, and I think, what was it, four appeared last year and none making landfall. Bush's magical hurricane powers must be weakening, cause he ain't caused even a tropical storm so far this hurricane season.

This is perhaps the dumbest question on this site. If you heard or read anything indicating that anyone thinks Bush created the hurricane you need to seriously reconsider your source of information.

No, he didn't make Katrina. No one ever said that.

You see, when the hard core Bush apologists have no argument, they make one up. When it is pointed out that FEMA was gutted and headed by a crony who was raising horses on a farm, rendering it completely incapable of mounting a response to a disaster of that magnitude, it becomes "Bush creates the weather" through the righty noise machine filter.

I don't care who is president. When AMERICANS are on their roofs with signs saying "help us" for days on end and nothing happens, there is a problem. No one is doing a "heckuva job" when AMERICANS (of any color) are forced to utilize the friggin' crips in the Superdome as a police force.

So, to summarize- no, he didn't make the hurricane. He once again showed the maxim that proper planning prevents poor performance.

He made it by not signing Kyoto, then used his Halliburton weather-control machine to steer it into New Orleans. And just before it hit he used the "go faster" button to make it category 5. Then when it looked like there wasn't enough damage, he sent in his secret government agents (the same ones that planted explosives in the WTC) to blow up the levees.

We all know that it was the NWO's top secret weather machine that made Katrina...then steered it right in to the poor black neiborhoods...On purpose!

We also know that he has another Top Secret machine that effects the world Crude Oil market....just to raise prices on all of the poor folks......It's right next to the "Vote Changing Ray" (VCR) in his bedroom!
