Make a Card with Cupcake (with a candle on it) on top that says Happy Birthday!
Then make inside the candle blown out saying "make a wish and blow out the candles" Hope your birthdays full of sweet suprises.
Then on the back draw a cupcake with a bite taken out of it and write "Now take a bite."
Hope you like it!

Just write it like an invitation, say you are cordially invited to a party at and give the date time and address and who is hosting th party and maybe put a rsvp with the phone number.

keep it simple, something like.. I'm glad we're friends, you mean so much to me, I'm glad we live so close to each other so we can spend alot of time together, hope you have a wonderful birthday, love.. it's sweet and to the point.
