what are the make up items for lower eye-lid?

if i put kaajal, it is not present for more than an hour.. So, is there is any other item to be put on the lower eye-lid?

Well, anything on your inner rims is bound to fade...you can try waterproof kohl pencils though, they're specifically made for that area.

If you want a long lasting but a bit more dramatic look, line both your inner rims and your lash lines, then go over your lash lines with black powder eyeshadow...not only this would give you the "smoky eyes" look and make it all more dramatic, this would also help the eyeliner to last longer.

If you're not into any of these, I'm sorry but all you can do is to reapply :(
