It's not so much which ones have been found, as which ones we can be sure are indeed horcruxes. The diary that was so important in the Chamber of Secrets would be one, the ring that had been Marvelo's, and Hufflepuff's cup. The locket is the only other one that's definite, and Dumbledore seemed to believe Nagini the snake was another, given the way Harry's "dreams" went through Nagini's eyes. Harry himself could be considered to be one. Dumbledore speculates that the remaining unknown one was probably something which originally belonged to Ravenclaw.

Probably the locket that is at Sirius' house is the locket Harry is looking for.

The Diary and the ring... they found a locket the night Dumbledore died, but it turned out to be a fake...

RAB found the locket, but we have to assume that voldemort hasn't got it back from him.

The ring of marvolo riddle, the diary of riddle, the locket but they dk were it is, maybe godric grffindors sword, hufflepuffs cup, and ravenclaws something and then u gotta kill voldy himeself
