Re: Raquel Tobar-Palma This letter is to confirm to Social Services that the return of Ms. Tobar-Palma's children extends to her and only her for an extended visit between December 23-24, 2008. It is Social Services intention to return the children to Ms Torbar-Palma on a long term basis assuming she continue to follow through with counseling, anger management and parenting classes. With respect to Mr. Nabil Mansour, Social Services has no records indicating that Mr. Mansour resides at Ms. Torbar-Palma current address. The Social Services' file show Mr. Nabil Mansour last address is located in Mississauga, Ontario. Social Services will be returning to court on January 19, 2009 to make the children's return to Ms. Tobar-Palma final with the conditions of a supervision order attached.
