i played soccer (american) two days ago and ever since my whole body has been hurting..idk why because i've been playing for years..anyone know how to make it stop?

You could be getting a little virus or it could just be muscle aches. Most of the other suggestions are good. Soak in a warm bath, use a heating pad or ice, massage is good, and you should also try Ibuprofen. It is good for reducing the inflammation in your muscles and joints. Depending on your age/weight you can take between 2-4 of the 200mg tablets every 8 hours.

Try getting in a jacuzzi if you have one or just take a long shower or ask one of your friends to give you a rub down massage - any of those should help.
