This was in a newspaper article months ago.. Where is 60 minutes and all the other news anchors, etc.that should be condemning the building of this Embassy that will house a 1,000 employees in the middle of a war zone.

Because the embassy was supposed to be a top secret project until it was built but someone leaked the information

Simple. The Bush administration didn't want anyone to know about this boondoggle and the cooperative conservative-based media did as it was told and ignored it. Are you also aware the Halliburton has a government contract to build 14 - fourteen! - permanent military bases in Iraq??
And the sleazy politicians keep saying we'll be out of Iraq soon. Bull! We will not leve Iraq until we've sucked every drop of OIL from that nation's sands and hogged it all for ourselves. From its very first day, this unconstitutional, illegal, unjustifiable, and immoral war has been all about OIL and WAR PROFITEERING. -RKO- 07/06/07
