If the card came as part of the computer, go to the website of the PC's manufacturer. Usually there will be a Download and Drivers section (or a Support section). Search n your model and you should find the drivers with instructions for installing it.

First you will need to open your PC.

If the sound card is in a ISA/PCI slot find out who is the manufacturer and the part number. If the sound is incorporated onto your motherboard, look for the manufacturer and the board number.

With that information go to the appropriate web site and find the drivers you need.

You can also try drivers.com, but you will still need to know the sound chip or board manufacturer.

I need to know your PC make and model #...

For Example.

"I have a Dell Dimension 4600"

Dell is the brand...
Dimension is the Series and style of computer.
4600 is the actual model # so we know what parts you have.

Without that info, we have no idea what soundcard is in your box.
