Most discharge is what our body cleans out of us. As for the period, what else is the unfertilized egg suppose to do, stay in there forever, it has to be released, it cant flow back into the ovaries.

well it all part of being a women welcome to the real world.but some one else already told you the discharge it just a natural way of your body cleaning it self and getting ready for the ovulation. when the egg doesn't get fertilized u would have a period(bleed). that's just they womanhood works.

period is when our body relses and egg. we cant keep them all. havent u heard the saying my clock is ticking?
