It depends on who you ask. The magazine that reported Carlos Slim being richer than Gates is a Mexican magazine. Forbes continues to say that Bill Gates is richest and it's an American magazine. The magazine that reported that Ingvar Kamprad (founder of IKEA) had stolen the top spot last year was a Swedish magazine. Obviously sticking with your race plays a part here. How do we know who to trust?
