Hey! im moving out of home, as a first time renter. ive found three bed property in southend, to share with two mates which works out at £200 each rent. However, we're not sure how much roughly the various bills will be each month. Has anyone got any suggestions.

Contact the relevant utility companies and ask what the billings were for the past 2 or 3 years. Your bills will vary based on your usage of course, but this is the best way to get a meaningful estimate.

What is included in the rent? Is water included? Heat? Garbage pick up? Or will you pay for those things separately? Ask your landlord.
