damn.......hard one.......both are exraordinarily talented.......I'll go with Dylan on this

MJ.....Cohen originally wrote and sang 'Hallelujah' which has been covered by many many artists including John Cale, Rufus Wainwright and Jeff Buckley (who's cover is considered the most popular)

They're BOTH terrible singers.

If pushed, I'd say I can appreciate the later Dylan stuff (and I loved Modern times, but that's obviously not the Dylan we're talking about), but Cohen wins for "Sisters of Mercy", which is a damn good song. He was a better musician all round than Dylan, whose songwriting might lyrically be genius, but his early work was only marginally more musical than modern rap.

Bob Dylan is one of the best singers ever (thats what i think)
