im going on holiday with my friends from monday- friday of next week. to get there we have to go on an almost 8 hour long trip in a coach. but im on my period. im worried because iv never gone on holiday with my friends before (im 15) and im worried i wont be able to change myself in the coach toilets without everyone realising im on (ill have to keep getting stuff outta my bag everytime i go toilet) also there might not be somewhere in the coach to put my 'trash'. also, when we get there, theres looooooads of people sharing one room, so i wont always be able to get dressed and stuff without anyone in the room, so people will know im on then aswell! what can i dooo!? sorry its so lonnng!

Do you use tampons or pads? If you use pads, then maybe you should consider trying tampons. You're definitely old enough to use them and they're far more comfortable than pads. (if it weren't for the cramps, I'd forget I was on my period!) And no one can see it if you're changing.
I wouldn't worry much on the coach, you should be fine. I've never been on one that didn't have a trash bin in the toilet. Why not just bring your bag with you into the toilet? It's normal for girls to do that, no one will think anything of it.
I wouldn't be so worried about people knowing you're on your period. It's a normal thing and you can even use it to your advantage. :)

if you are all staying in the same room, I assume they are all girls? If so, I am sure they all know what you are going thru, and wouldn't worry about it. If you treat it as the common occurence it actually is and don't act as if it's a shameful curse, which it isn't, then there shouldn't be an issue.
As for the bus drive, keep your napkins in a small zip purse, like a cosmetics bag and keep a small plastic garbage bag for your "waste" products, but usually buses do come equipped for such needs.

i don't think you should worry about anything. it s natual and a private thing. What i usally do is try wear comfortable clothes with pockets that's stylish. Like the victoria secrect sweat pants that they have out their comfotable and stylish so you can look good and be comfotable at the same time.For the trash thing i say just take it out your self you.or when you throw your feminine product away wrap it in toilet paper to hide it. All and all theirs nothing for you to be worried about. You'll be fine.

carry a small handbag or wear something with pockets...and dont get dressed in the room use the bathroom. as for the coach trip im sure they will be stoppin at public restrooms at least to let ppl stretch there legs.

People understand when you're on your period, your friends especially should. The airlines also understand that their passengers may be on their period so I'm positive they'll have some trash bin in the bathroom.
