Sometimes I just don't get people.
If you think you are pregnant, don't come to yahoo and explain your symptoms. We are not doctors. Go to your closest pharmacy, pick up a pregnancy test, and pee on the dip stick.
When the strip turns pink, you will know. But having us tell guess won't help you.
And just a questions, how do you know your hips are spreading? You are probably just bloated. Go to the doctor please.

First of all you should not have stopped the pill without talking to your dr. The pill has to get into your system before it is effective and this can take up to 3 months. Do you know how the pill works and what your cycle really is? You are spotting/bleeding now because you stopped the pill.
Here is some education on how the pill works.
The pill stopped your ovaries from releasing an egg each month, if you take the pill the same time every day like it says to. If you miss a day or you don't take them at the same time each day they are not as effective and you can have what is called break through bleeding.
Now you still have a cycle because your uterus prepares itself every month for the fertilized egg to implant in its wall. When there is no egg implanted then it starts sluffing off, this is where you blood comes from. It is not your egg your egg is obsorbed by the body when it is not fertilized and if you are on birth control and taking them right you will not have an egg release anyways.
My advise for you would be to contact the one who gave you the pill and let them know what you did. It could have been that the pill was not strong enough for you or it was to strong for you. Cramping can come with the pill but will not usually carry on after you have been on them for a month or two. But let your doctor know. As for the swelling stomach and boobs that is the extra hormones in the pill that your body is not used to yet.
I always liked the nova ring for birth control, it goes into the vagina and stay there for 4 wks then you take it out and you have your cycle, then put another one in 7 days from the date you removed it. I liked it because I never had to remember to take the pill every day and if I saw that my period was going to fall on a time when I was going to the beach or a time I did not want my cycle I would either leave it in an extra week or remove it a week early. Not advisable to do, but hey it worked for me.
Good luck

i dont think you pregnant, you wouldnt be having all those things happening so soon. the reason for the spotting is the withdrawl of the pill you took and then stoped. your body is so confused right no. start the pill agen and do it properly, in a month or so youll be back to normal. you are stressed and this is why you are eating the junk and probly why you are spotting

I don't know but if people notice you are pregnant you probably should take a pregnancy test!!!
Cause When I went to the ER cause of a sickness the nurse ask me: how far pregnant are you? And I told her no!! I'm not pregnant and that day I found out I was!! And I was only 5 weeks preggo!!
Also my sister, boyfriend, my mom and me dreamed that I was pregnant!!!
I have to tell you: my last dream was that I was at an hospital bed and the doctor were checking me out and told me I was expecting a boy. I started crying of happiness cause that's what I want first but of course I won't mind if I have a girl first.

You aren't pregnant, just gaining weight. Your hips don't spread as soon as you get pregnant. You are spotting because you are not taking the bc pill as you are supposed to.

Wow... everyone needs to calm down. Yahoo answers is here for people to ask questions and sometimes just to feel reassured!
All you girls...just relax, its just a question and if you have nothing nice to say than keep your mouths shut!
You could say in a nice way that yes, you should go to the doctors becuase he or she will be able to help. But no I don't think you would be pregnant!
Good luck!
See how hard is it to be nice???

you REALLY need to see a doctor. if you are pregnant the birth control could cause a miscarriage so be happy you stopped, but just see a doc to be sure. something more serious could be wrong!
