I agree fully with everything that everyone has said and I'd like to add that confidence comes from two things; "doing" and "self-belief". When I say "doing", I mean the more you do something, the more comfortable you'll get with it. This comfort will eventually lead to confidence and eventually boredom, because you've master it. And that "self-belief" I mentioned can only come from "doing" and seeing yourself get it right. EVERYONE faces this obstacle and frustration, but you have to keep trying, and if your a religious person, PRAY! I'd also like to thank you for asking this question because I am facing the same frustration right this second on my job, and I will follow my own advice, and the advice that the others have given you.

Sometimes we must accept failure at some point in our lives, but only when something is beyond our control...Things we can control take time & practice, and most of all patience...Even though your confidence has been hit hard, don't give up!Keep at it until you do master whatever it is you are trying to accomplish,no matter what it is in life..Now get in the car and try it again,,,and again, until you feel you can conquer it,afterall its only a machine and you are much smarter than it is!=)

Keep practicing what you want to achieve and don't expect everything to happen right now. Some of us get things quicker than others and ya know what I say to that ...so what. As long as you R making effort it will come unless you aren't practicing. You wouldn't believe how many people sit back and gripe without effort....by your post you will achieve faster than a person that does this.
