We'll continue to evolve regardless of whether we inhabit Mars or not.
I'm sure that the martian inhabitants will take a different evolutionary path and in a couple of thousand generations there are likely to be obvious differences between them and those who stayed on Earth.

Mars is smaller than earth and farther away from the sun. Therefore the gravity is lower and the sunshine is weaker. I suppose the first thing to happen is the permenant degeneration of the muscles in the back and legs. Martians would be pot bellied and have thin arms and legs. The lack of sunshine would eventually cause them to loose skin pigment. Martians would have very pale skin. Indoor lighting could prevent this, but I suspect on Mars this resource would be used to grow food instead. They would be human in most other respects, as I assume they would live at atmospheric pressure and ordinary room temperature, although it might be a bit less than an "earthling" might be accustomed to. Martians would have problems visiting earth, mostly because of the increase in gravity. They would probably require some sort of mechanized body brace to move around. Apart from this, I suppose all they would need is some sunglasses and sunburn cream. Earth might become a popular tropical vacation spot, although the martian "tropics" would probably be northwest Canada around an elevation above 6000 feet.

It depends, if we created an artificial environment, then we would not be required to evolve,we would stay the same, but if mars was habitable naturally then the environment may require evolution for survival such as more hair to block UV etc

The selection process for people to go would weed out a few obvious defects (at least). This in itself would effect evolution. The people on Mars would be capable of surviving long space voyages, and this would have a "founder" effect on descendents.

over many many years we would evolve since there is no way we can turn mars into the same atmosphere and environment here on Earth. humans would have to find different ways to adapt

We evolve our thinking everyday,
However Our behaviors only slightly outclass the ugliest primates.
In separate environments people would change overtime.

If we stayed long enough, we would definitely evolve.
