I involved an car accident. My car's value is about $3000-4000 before that accident. Because of insurence's policy, the most I can get is $500. The front of the car is damaged, including hook, front bump, coolant( so far I know, engine is ok.)
What do you think the fixing charge?
If the charge is too high(how high?), what should i deal with my car to get the least loss?

It's no fault insurence policy in Michigan State. I only have basic coverage insurence.
The car is 1999 Ford Taurus just more than 50000 mileage.

You would probably be farthest ahead by accepting the $500 mini-tort you are entitled to under Michigan no fault law and selling the car as-is to a rebuilder. With only 50,000 miles,as you state,it's still worth at least $1500.I would place an ad in Auto Trader, the Detroit News salvage section,or ebay.
Repairs might be done for around $2000 at a small shop if you ask around and pay cash.Used parts can easily be found at:

Who was at fault? If it was the other guy sue his insurance. I've never heard of an insurance company that pays you only $500 to fix the car. Are you sure they didn't mean you pay a $500 deductible and they pay the rest? What year is the car and maybe the insurance company is saying the car was worth only $500
Maybe you need to find an attorney. If you work for a union company or your spouse does then you might want to contact your union attorney at the union hall for free advise.
There is not enough complete information from you at this point to help solve your problem.
Also, you need to go to a repair shop and get an estimate on how much the repairs will cost. In fact most insurance companies want you to get 3 repair estimates and submit them to them first.
Your story is not complete. Good luck

Your question is not really clear. If you have collision insurance, it will either pay to have the car repaired, or if the damage is enough to have it considered a "total loss" will pay you the actual value of the car, prior to the accident! If there is a deductible on your policy, you pay that amount towards the repair, or it is deducted from the amount they pay for a total loss.
Have you had estimates of the cost of repair? Without seeing the car, and knowing the year, make and model, there is no way to even guess at repair costs.

front hits can be pretty expensive, depending on how bad it is.
The car is still together? I would take it apart and see what extent the damages are.
You know the :
Bumper
bumper cover
lights
grille
hood
is bad but what about the parts you cant see :
Core support
header
frame sections etc....
You will know more when you get it apart.

specific you're. you're lacking the reality that Tiger (no longer often "no person") exchange into harm and his vehicle exchange into heavily broken. He himself is retaining it interior the information by keeping off the law enforcement officers, who've some questions just to examine although if rules have been broken. in specific, with out information, it appears that evidently Tiger's spouse could be to blame of countless crimes. Or am I lacking some thing?

Radiator and new bumper isn't expensive to fix, if you want to do it on the cheap, go to a breakers yard. However you may want to get the chassis checked to see if it's twisted or buckled. If it has twisted or buckled it's going to cost a LOT to fix.
