How do I find out if my chrysler has factory High Intensity Discharge (HID) head lights using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Simply look at the bulb in the housing and if it looks like an HID tungsten bulb, you have them.

Or simply ask someone to look at your headlights from different angles while they're switched - there should be a colour change from bluey-white-yellowy -There might even be some purple in the light too depending on the kit you have.
