Go to the following link, http://www.crucial.com/uk they can do an on line check which will determine which ram your motherboard supports. They will recommend the optimum amount. You can order on line and although they are not the cheapest it is worth paying for good ram. They guarantee compatibility with your motherboard and give an excellent warranty. They lso give fitting instructions. I have used them many times and always been satisfied. Hope this helps.

That is the right memory. PC3200 is what you want. If you are using XP then a gig should be sufficient. If your motherboard is duel channel, then go with the 2x512. If your board is single channel, the a single one gig stick would be better.

The easiest way is to go to the crucial memory website and let them scan your computer. They also have a tutorial on how to install the memory http://www.crucial.com/uk/?OVRAW=crucial%20memory&OVKEY=crucial%20memory&OVMTC=standard

many people are afraid to let sites scan their computers, i have upgraded memory on 4 computers, all from Crucial, i have never had a problem, let crucial scan your computer and tell you exactly what memory you need, the service they offer is superb and in my opinion second to none, their prices appear to be unbeatable too, good luck.

I was going to suggest Crucial also as the scanning tool is quite good. One word of caution though - their customer support doesn't get back to you if you have a problem.
