For me? When I lost 185 pounds over 2 years. I was 420 pounds (I'm 6'5") and through urging of friends and family, I decided to get healthy. And I've been happy ever since :)

To answer this logically and accurately, I have to include my academic education. This education has provided me with confidence, a broader view of the opportunity, and intellectual tools to help me make a decision. Anyway, I had my own businesses for 18 years, which were very successful, and gave me a nice feeling of satisfaction.

When I was 20, I packed up and moved overseas for 5 months to study abroad. It was the gutsiest thing I've ever done and I hope my kids do the same.

Besides my children I would have to say my work to help Children with Learning disabilities get the services that they need. It has helped alot of children and it has given me a real sense of accomplishment.
