So very real. I settle for human beings at face fee for who they say they're, yet while they become somebody they purported to no longer be, the steadiness shifts. How can i believe a liar? those few words may well be utilized to any action that takes them out of who they say they're. as quickly as that query enters the image, the respond isn't any, i won't be able to. i will play possum, yet i'm plenty greater conscious of activities than ever earlier. constantly searching for the believe I gave this is long gone. .

During a war it does. It was to stop sailors on shore-leave talking about where their ship was going, so that a spy couldn't pick up on it and arrange for it to be met by a U boat.

Yes in the wars it did, the enemy should never know what the opposition is doing.
I believe this saying was one of many that were advertised on billboards and in papers when the second world war was happening.

I don't know anything about loose lips. But I did know a girl that was said to have them. Most guys avoided her.

I left my conscience pressed
Through the keyhole I watched you dress
Kiss and tell
Loose lips sink ships

Not unless you're holding up the boat with a very large mouth. But, telling someone else's secrets is the iceberg of a very large, Titanic friendship.

Yes in times of war, giving your enemy information will end up in dead soldiers and sunken ships...
...however, in times of peace, spreading information honestly and openly will help prevent war. Thats so much better.
