I actually think is legacy is eight year of (relative) peace and prosperity.
Also, the Dayton accords, which led to several years of solid Israeli/Palestinian peace. The balanced budget. The surplus from the balanced budget.
I think those 32 little kids are the specific legacy of that moron their parents followed to Waco, more than Clinton. That was a horrible tragedy.
